12oz bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a deep brown color with a one-finger foamy khaki head that reduces to a film on top
S- smells exactly like banana pudding with vanilla wafers. More banana emerges as it warms, adding banana laffy taffy and runts. An undertone of fudgey chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, butterscotch & a hint of vanilla
T- very sweet up front with chocolate and marshmallow up front. Mid-palate brings out the banana, more banana runtz candy flavor than anything. The finish gives more malty sweetness with notes of caramel & chocolate, the banana candy lingers
M- medium-light bod with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a slick finish

Pours clear, dark brown in color with one inch head. Taste is big banana, caramelized sugar, pale malt, and vanilla. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet. Definitely get stout, not sickly sweet, plenty of banana. Nice beer.

Bananas Foster Stout has a thick, beige head and a dark-brown appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of intense banana, with vanilla, and dark malt. The flavor is of those elements, with burnt brown sugar and moderate sweetness & bitterness. Bananas Foster Stout has a medium body and a dry finish.
