Tap @ Barley Oak
Pours a dark rust brown, minimal yellowish head. Aroma is rich with bourbon, vanilla, oak and a Belgian spiciness. Lightly sweet. Taste starts with oaky bourbon, vanilla and then moves to a nice slight sweetness and yeasty Belgian note. Finishes with an oaky bourbon sweetness. Feels good, creamy and nearly full bodied.
By God, Abita has made a lovely barrel aged beer!
