Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head.
Nose has coffee, chocolate, molasses, roasty malts, bitter hops, dark pitted fruits, toffee, anise and currants.
Taste has espresso, cocoa, cherries, dates, plums and nutty malts.
Medium to full body is well carbonated with a long bitter finish. Outstanding version of Czar. Superb balance.
