Reverend fermented with Brettanomyces.
Pours a medium brown with a nice tan head.
Nose has tart fruits, barnyard funk, caramel malts, dark fruits and toffee.
The wild yeast really bring this beer together. I'm not wild about the regular Reverend, but this is really nice.
Medium body with a crisp carbonation. Drinks very well.
Put it in bottles!
