Enjoyed a taster on tap at Avery's tap room in Boulder.
Clear pale copper with a short white head. Nice lacing.
Smells of grapes, tobacco, grass, orange peel, and a touch of citrus. Lots of subtleties but solid strength.
Grassy citrus and a bit of citronella with lavender. Finishes clean with a biscuity malt and no alcohol taste. An awesome summer flavor.
Thin body with little carbonation. Very sessionable and refreshing. I'm normally not a fan of such thin-bodied beers, but this matches the style and makes for a great summer drink.
Overall a solid summer session ale.

On tap at the brewery, served cold in a pint glass.
It has a golden amber color with good clarity and great lacing.
Aroma is sweet and citrusy with orange dominating.
Same could be said for flavor which reminds me of an American wheat beer but with greater bitterness and lots of orange peel.
Medium-light in body, nicely carbonated, well balanced.
Overall an interesting and refreshing warm weather beer.

Thanks to Dan for buying me a glass of this one yesterday afternoon up at Avery. Poured a nice light golden color with a soft white head. Having recently seen the budda's hand for sale at Whole Foods, I knew what to expect from the fruit. This is pretty much what we got. Aromas of lemons, lemon zest and crackers. On the palate, light bodied, and citrusy, with zest, lemon and crackers.
