Brewery Description: German-style maibock brewed with malt from Leopold Brothers in
collaboration with Prost Brewing Co.
L-Golden color. Good clarity
S-Rich honied and toasted malt...spicy notes as well.
T-Follows the aroma... toasted malt with honey...nice spicy hop balance...
F-Clean, smooth and relatively crisp for the style.
O-This maibock hits all the marks....reminds me of the hop flavor of the old Summit Maibock but this brings more of a malt balance. Nicely done.
