Taste: sweet pineapple fruit notes, tropical low bitter hops, malty backbone. Same with the malty nose. Amber color hue, semi clear, white head with ringed lace. Medium/light to medium body. Surprised how drinkable too me this IPA was. 45 IBUs

I got a can this beer from my bro-in-law for my birthday. it poured a hazy copper with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had ripe tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

It tastes great. It's a tropical flavored IPA with a lot of subtle aromas and flavors that add depth to this far deeper than the $10 I paid for a 6-pack. This could easily be a much more expensive beer. The aftertaste is a bit nutty, but in a way that makes me want to savor it for a while before I take another sip. It looks hazy and transmits light, but no clarity giving it a high-quality look. It's a brewery I hadn't heard of before but I'm happy I gave it a try and plan to keep an eye out for their stuff in the future.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/10/2019. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, toasted biscuit, bread dough, light caramel/nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, toasted biscuit, bread dough, light caramel/nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, toasted biscuit, bread dough, light caramel/nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 7.6% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic IPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Fantastic Mosaic, Amarillo showcase. Extremely vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy hops; with a great balancing dark/bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding Midwest style example as expected.

Very nice IPA! Poured from can to glass. Golden colored ale with a finger of foam. Aromas of tropical fruits and berries. Flavor is berries and papaya, pineapple and doughy malt. Wish I'd picked more than one of these.
