Poured from the can into a nonic pint glass.
Pale rust body with a mix of rising cola like carbonation. Faint collar with a fleeting head. Weird looking body color.
Faint aroma of light lemon and tart qualities. Some fleeting malt quality, but really a quiet nose. There isn't much going on here.
Palate realy doesn't do much. Faint light bodied, but not too wet. Small touching tartness but really fleeting with not much malt presence. Hardly any depth or touches of bready or even sour qualities.
A pretty easy drinking brew, but not really providing much, let alone say anything about what's going on.

Long over-due review. Thanks Tom for the hookup on this one. Poured into a tulip the brew appears a very pale yellow color with a thin white head that holds in a ring around the perimeter.
The smell is quite grainy with cereal to wheat freshness. A touch of lemony lacto and apple juice mixed in for good measure.
The taste is mildly tart. A little bit of lemony flavor and bready to wheat-like cereal grains. There are minerals/carbinics present but it doesnt distract too much from the taste.
This is light bodied and lightly carbonated. A nice and refreshing berliner that fits the bill and would be crushable on the beach id imagine.
