Kind of big IPA with a plenty of malt going on. Lactic sour funk stands out more in the nose. Lactic is definitely pleasant and present in the taste, but so is a nice touch of citrus from the hops and a rounded nougat sweetness from the malt. Throw in the smooth rich mouth feel..it seemed to be a very nice almost Imperial IPA that had some farmhouse yeast and kettle treatment to bring out a complementing tartness and soft bite. I liked it. Very drinkable...but watch the ABV. It's well hidden.
