A: Yellow to amber. A finger plus of of head. Good lacing.
S: Fruit and spices.
T: really unique taste that brings forward a large dose of ginger - probably further enhanced by the cardamom - then sweetened by pineapple in the back. Slightly sour and could be considered in a lambic category.
M: Light and refreshing yet spicing gives a slight warming.
O: Unique, refreshing, yet complex. A really nice brew.
