22 oz bottle poured into snifter, a wild IPA brewed with brettanomyces.
A: pours a cloudy golden malt color, 2 finger frothy white foam head that fades, spotty lacing
S: sour lemon, orange, grapefruit, some herbal notes
M: medium creamy body, carbonation
T: lemon, sour grapefruit, Brett funk, vegetable, hay,
O: interesting brew, I'm not sure about the sour+Brett+hop combos, not a fan of this but maybe others will be. I feel the balance is off.

Sour and bretty. This may be good for this style, but it is not my taste. The Brett detracts from rather enhances the flavor.

floral slightly sour aroma. Excellent color with golden tones that match the pre-setting sun. Good retention of about a finger width pillowy white head. Slightly sour taste up front and then fuity hops on the back end. Could be more sour, but I love sours and probably not what they were going for.
