Appearance: Pours a fairly hazy, actively effervescent, pale straw-hued body with a sporadic, white head.
Smell: Wet sweaty socks spritzed with a bit of house-made vinegar, some touches of curdled wheat, tangy-scented citrus.
Taste: Tangy, acidic and a tad unclear. There's creamy creamed wheat underneath and a minimal amount of sweetness. Lemony, acerbic. Finishes quite gassy due to its aggressive carbonation content with lingering sharp, vinegar touches with a surprising dusting of castor sugar.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Highly carbonated.
Overall: I dare say it's somewhat dissimilar to its kegged brethren. The can gave an excited, almost angry POW! upon opening, and it seems a bit tangier, sharper, and aggressively effervescent in the can than what was made available to me on draft, which seemed far more modest and subdued (like the opening rendition of a beer they'd be one-offing with various fruits and tinctures).
