Just added this and could not find the ABV on their website so I went with what RateBeer had for Summer IPA. This is an infused version of that with pineapple puree and raw coconut.
I'm usually not a big fan of the fruit infused IPA's but I'm a sucker for coconut and had to try this and I must say it worked nicely in my opinion. 50/50 split of the hop aroma and infused aroma on the smell. Blends nicely into a tropical type of aroma as you'd expect.
The taste leans is much more toward the base Summer IPA but there are definite notes of coconut and pineapple (to a lesser degree).
The base Summer IPA is a hell of a beer and the tropical take is a nice twist. Not an every day type of beer but a very tasty changeup.
