This barrel-aged golden sour was refermented on a heap of locally-grown honeyberries, a thin skined, zesty berry related to honeysuckle. The result is a shockingly purple beer with notes of ripe berries and subtle citrus finishing tart and dry thanks to our house culture of wild yeast and lactic acid berries
