Pours a darker amber color. There was a small amount of head, and what little that was there when poured from the growler was off white.
The nose has a cinnamon aroma to it along with a malt smell.
Taste is VERY cinnamon! In all honesty, too much so, and this is coming from a person who eats a ton of hot spicy foods. I am coughing and weezing from it. It is too much for even me. The second sip was better, but still very strong. The third swig was easier.
The cinnamon really burns going down.
I'm going to try to finish this beer, but it's going to be tough. They went way overboard with this. This is not for the faint of heart.
