Tap pour at JL Beers (South Fargo). Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Creamy white head. Leaves behind torn sheets of lacing.
Aroma of tropical and citrus fruit - pineapple and grapefruit.
Taste follows the nose with fruity flavors and a solid toasted malt base. Flavors of orange, lemon, and pineapple. Aftertaste continues with all flavors.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Low bitterness. Excellent carbonation.
Lots of fruity expressing hops sitting on a toasted malt base.

2025 version with Mosaic, Krush and Nelson Cyro. I know nothing about Crush but this drinks with an evident lime, citrus impression...some dark berries...pineapple........light cracker like malt that never gets in the way of the hops. Nice aroma or tropical fruits and citrus...very well done...

Cloudy pale yellow body with a nice dense off-white cap. Strong aroma of kiwi, white wine and tangerine. I think this is hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. I am partial to New Zealand hops. Love their qualities. This hits the palate delicately with kiwi, lime, tangerine, citrus and subtle wine characteristics. Light to medium body without a lot of carbonation. Intricate lace patterns are left on the glass for my viewing pleasure. Highly enjoyable and highly drinkable....this one went down way too fast after a bike ride.
