Our take on this emerging style combines all the best attributes of two great beer styles: German Pilsner + West Coast IPA. A crisp, clean pile base Spalt Select and Hallertau Blanc hops in the boil kettle creating background notes of herbal spice and white wine. After a long, cool fermentation we switch gears and dry-hop this beer with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops bringing aromas of white grape juice, passionfruit and subtle citrus.

On tap. White head. Lace. Clear golden color.
Very hoppy. Dank and weedy. Resiny. Floral with a bit of citrus notes. Bready and biscuity, but the hops shine. Borderline session ipa, but way better.
