On tap at 16 Tons in Eugene. Collaboration with Logsdon up the street.

Amber with a dense, beige head excellent retention and lacing. The nose is an awesome expression of Brett. Funky, earthy, spicy, clovey, grass, hay, damp hay, barnyard awesomeness. Mild sugar and honey aromatics are present. Palate opens with buckwheat honey, mild dry dark caramel flavors and a moderate funk. All the funk notes on the nose are present here. Drying on the finish with a touch of pear juice and some peachy fruit notes. Clove, earth and damp hay are most dominant funk notes. Medium in body and moderately carbonates, this beer finishes earthy and funky. Awesome.
