This is described as "WIld ale aged on fresh peaches for one year." The peach orchards start a couple hundred yards from the brewery, so a good choice. But it is truly a sour, so be warned. If you like sours, this is exactly like products from Cascade. And you can ignore my faint praise.
Pours a clear golden with modest dissipating foam. Smells a bit fruity with the inevitable whiff of vinegar. Taste is diluted vinegar with a hint of cider. I could not truly say there is a fruit flavor. Pretty flat in the mouth. Maybe a hint of dried pear in the nose. Aftertaste is woody as the acidity recedes. But your teeth remember every sip. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the brewpub.
