On tap at the brewery.
A: Dark brown/black with hints of plum. A tan half finger head that dissipated quickly.
S: Bourbon and dark fruits. Bready malts. Divine.
T: Follows nose with a sweet, boozy, robust dominance, followed by dates, raisins and plums. The 12% is very noticeable. I recommend sipping this bad boy. Let it warm for maximum taste.
M: Medium to heavy with medium, chewy carbonation.
O: An outstanding Belgian Strong Dark. The barrel aging makes it even better.

A bit unpolished, but a solid enough brew.
