I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: rich dark black-brown with a finger of frothy tan foam. I dig it.
Smell: lightly caramelly with a little bit of roast; mild, but otherwise good.
Taste: lots of caramel with a nice roastiness and decent bitterness at the end. It's maybe a little sweet for me, though.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess. I like the texture a lot.
Overall: it's a little sweet up front, but for the most part it's a tasty and quaffable porter.
