Serving: On tap, 4oz sampler
Served: 9 April 2015
Appearance: Sickly brown, somewhat opaque, with a tan head that leaves minimal lacing.
Smell: Sweet malts, but not much else.
Taste: Ever so subtle notes of pecan and a pinch of light brown sugar sweetness. Not much flavor otherwise.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body with medium carbonation makes this one seem watery and flat.
Overall: One of the weaker options from Function. Would not recommend, unless you're not a craft drinker and are looking for something darker in color than you're used to, but still easy on the flavor.
