Deep golden in color. Slightly off white head. Nose dies not give a hint of the hops, however the taste does! Great west coast style, only wish the hops cane through more in the nose.

On tap at Slater's 50/50 in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, citrus zest, and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a citrus forward hop aroma and an herbal forward hop taste.
