I had this one at Glendale Tap.
This is a fantastic single IPA.
In my opinion it's one of the best IPAs brewed in LA and can almost hang with my favorites, like Alpine's Duet and Kern's Just Outstanding...not quite on par with those two, but it surprised me to say the least.

Tried at Dark Lord Day. Interesting pour!
Nice dark orange. Clear, good head. Looks really solid.
Smells great. A very odd hop aroma. The guy who poured it for me said that hops used were all experimental hops that were pretty unique. Definitely not your typical hoppy aroma but really nice
Tastes zesty, nice bitterness, the hop flavour is nice. Good malt presence. Not overpowering but balanced. The hop profile is again... Very unique. I'm not sure i love the hops but they're certainly not bad. Definitely not your typical ipa.
Good mouthfeel overall. I like the carbonation level. Definitely would order this at a bar

On tap at Kings Row Gastropub in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a murky light orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest. Taste is much the same with a citrus zest flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
