Poured on-tap at Whetstone Station and served in a graded pilsner, the beer is a hazy, bright, yellow-gold color with a ring of white bubbling on the surface. Nose of toasted grains, citrus sweetness, and hints of banana. Very subtle aromas overall. Tart citrus forward flavors, with a lemon-lime burst, on an effervescent, thin, sharp body. Tangy sweet towards the aftertaste, with the citrus blend mellowing a bit. Thin, carbonated body gives sharpness to the flavor profiles. The finish is clean, slightly absent. The beer literally almost disappears on your palate.
