Cold 500ml draft pour. Inch of white foamy head with nice lacing. Honey amber hazy color with piney bready hoppy nose and a crisp malty caramel finish, but with a clean bite at the end. Been in Israel for a few months searching for a decent ipa. This is among the top among a limited selection. Would buy this again...

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy golden color with a large white head. The aroma is fruity and has a grass and yeast smell also. The taste is grassy with some hops and fruit. Overall, an interesting IPA.

12 oz bottle.
This has the hop level of a traditional APA and near a contemporary session IPA but has a large load of caramel malts that not only keep the bitterness down to a mild level but leaves a strong taste of caramel lasting all the way through the aftertaste.
O: interesting version of an IPA that's a bit off-style

Very mainstream IPA by American standards, but very good by Israeli standards and it's blossoming beer scene

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy caramel amber with a one finger off-white head with good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of citrus hops, orange citrus, overripe tropical fruit, light bready malt. Flavor is citrus hops with faint pine, nice mixed orange citrus and light tropical fruit, lingering light grassy hops finish. Hops are more continental than American tasting. Medium bodied with a good mouth feel. A nicely flavored, well balanced IPA; the hops are a bit subdued, but this bottle has traveled a long way. The fruit components in the malt were very tasty and made up for the underwhelming hops. Although a bit tame by American IPA standards, I liked the flavorful malt which supported the hops well. I'll pick this up again. Nice beer from a part of the world not known for big craft beer production.

Rolling the dice, this beer has come a long way to get to my glass... Lot 0480A
Pours a chill hazed honey color with a thumb of cream colored head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Bready, grassy & pears
T: Follows the nose, faint astringent notes up front. Herbal & grassy notes, flinty dryness as this warms. Finishes dry with a little bready sweetness & some pear
MF: Medium bodied, slight carbonation
The hops have gone AWOL to some extent, knew this a roll of the dice. Had worse, but not sure I would buy again, pretty pricey...
