Tasted from a 12 oz bottle bought in Israel.
L - Light golden ale with some orange; slightly hazy. Pillowy white head that . Lots of lacing with tiny, scintillating bubbles.
S - Nice aroma for the style. Cracked grain, warm muffins, bubble gum, cotton candy and herbal notes. The cotton candy note really stands out, giving an almost overly-sweet impression that I have not found in Belgian examples and detracts from what should be a clean, crisper impression.
T - Flavors follow the aromas closely. Again there is warm bread-like malt and cracked grain. The bubble gum and cotton candy are there as well, but not as prominent as they are in the nose. There is also a bit of spice in the finish, likely from the yeast.
F - Medium body with low, but creamy carbonation. Low hops bitterness, as expected for the style. Alcohol warmth is low for the 8% ABV.
O - This is a pretty good Belgian Pale. The nose is distractingly sweet and I'd like more carbonation for the style, but this is an enjoyably beer with no major flaws.
