From the bottle, it pours a hazy dark amber with a nice large white head that reduces slowly. Nose gets floral hoppy notes and bread. The mouth gets a strong flavor from the hops. A bit robust for a session ipa.

Bottle in Germany

White head. Golden orange color.

Very floral and hoppy. Weedy and resiny. A bit sticky. For a session, this pack a big punch. Bready malts. Some biscuit.

Medium bodied. Sticky.

Not the session IPA for me, but fun to try.

Slightly hazy golden color with a bit of off-white head. Aroma is quite fruity with sweet citrus fruits and a touch of mango. Also a light grainy note. Taste is also fruity and grainy, even a bit nutty, quite balanced, slightly fruity and sweet at first but it's balanced on the finish by some earthy hops. Medium body and carbonation. For a session IPA it's quite tasty and also has a nice mouthfeel.

Clear yellow with a hefty white head that dissipated slowly without lacing. Some odd, sporadic yeast sediment given the type (session IPA), but nothing too unappealing. Just little dark floating particles. Smell was a bit strange to me. I thought it was similar to rotten food (though faint), but my wife thought it smelled like yellow plums. Taste is quite full for a session IPA; it is also more tangy fruit than bitter. The first thing I thought of was raspberries. Mouthfeel is light, but carbonation, intermingled with the tanginess, is lively.
Overall, this was really nice. Although I found the smell to be off-putting, a second opinion from my wife did not. Regardless, I could drink this all day in the summer.
