Pours clear golden with a thin head that doesn't last long. Almost no lacing sticks.

The smell is of honey with faint grain.

The taste is of honey sweetness with a slight wheat tang.

It is fairly crisp. Thin, but not too watery.

This doesn't resemble a witbier. Styles are open to interpretation and can vary, but not by this much. If it didn't claim to be a "Belgian-style" I might have scored it a bit higher, but not by much.

This is just a sweet-ish American Pale Wheat, and not a very good one at that. Though, style aside, just for a sweet-ish wheat beer, it is drinkable for one.

Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.

A "Belgian Style White Ale" from this private label operation, I used it to complete my most recent Mariano's mixed sixer. It pours a clear nigh-pale straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose is a bouquet of breakfast cereals, though Corn Pops and Corn Flakes hold the plurality through a Grand Alliance of scents. No Belgian character or spices anywhere to be found. The taste continues the bran-y tradition set forth in the smell, but tries to add what may or may not be some coriander and some Belgian yeast character that seems to have been gamma-irradiated a la vaccines. Weaksauce, indeed. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a frankly pathetic example of a wit, more like a lightly-spiced blonde ale that wants to appear fancy for company (not unlike the Q and its pointless little tail...).
