Had at the brewery a few times, I think this Kolsch is a brewery-only beer. With that being said this is a bright straw colored beer with a white head that eventually fades down. Malty aroma that isn't powerful. Taste is dominated by the biscuity pilsner-like malts, nice sweetness. There isn't any hoppiness to speak of but it finishes fairly clean and a little bitter. Lighter bodied and easy to drink, but overall the taste is bland. Easy on a hot summer day.
