Served on nitro. Very smooth. Creates a blanket of lace from a lasting nitro head. Cloudy with a darkened gold color.
Mild aroma of light toast. Definitely more pale malt than anything else.
Very smooth body with an alcohol bite and a low carbonation. Starts with a sweetish pale malt base. Good hop touch but the swallow is more sour than bitter. Complex in an interesting way.

Poured into the Stony Creek mug at the brewery. Bright yellow with a dense white head from the nitro. Smells like a nice Belgian with the yeast front and center. Has a great taste of light malts and belgian yeast. Spicy, but not excessively so. Feels super smooth. So far this is the second best beer behind Crimsang. They still have some work to do to improve their regular lineup, but stuff like this gives hope.
