Had on tap at Stony Creek brewery, poured into a shaped pint glass STrEAM (a combo of Steam and Stream, to keep up with the nautical theme of the brewery) comes out a clear copper color, decent one finger head of white bubbles to cap it off.
Smell is mild, some caramel and fruit sweetness, bit of grain. Taste starts bready, then some caramel sweetness, followed up by a drying bitter note. Not overly flavorful but a decent steam beer.
Not much can be said about this, it's pretty average at best.
