Silhouette…."the outline, or general shape of something". Sour Silhouette certainly qualifies. What presents as a traditional stout is then kettle soured and aged on cabernet oak. The result is a beer that opens impeccably tart and finishes smooth, rich and roasty. Sweet notes of plum, cherry and vanilla perfectly harmonize with soft char, chocolate and coffee overtones. Silhouette may seem like a shadow of a stout, but you will love how it materializes.
