Poured from a pint can into a Pokal style glass. Very nice three fingered white head, with decent staying power and fine lacing topped the glass. The body of the beer is a clear light amber. On the nose there's that sweet wheat aroma, with a hint of the Earl Grey tea, which is flavored with bergamot orange. The first sip is all classic hefeweizen, yeasty, slightly sweet and clean. The bergamot flavor is there, but not overpowering. I enjoyed this beer, after a couple of months of stouts, porters, dunkels and strong IPAs this was a refreshing change of pace.
