On-tap at Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Denver, CO
A: The beer is very dark brownish red in color; when held up to the light it is slightly hazy red and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow off white collar around the edge of the glass and a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas o smoked malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is malty and has touches of sweetness and smokiness. The malts seem a little nutty with notes of caramel and candi sugar sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and malty. The smokiness in the smell and taste make it feel a bit like you are at a campfire.

L: Pours a slightly subdued copper red color with quite a few carbonation bubbles.A small tan head and one ring of lacing around the glass.
S: Notes of earthy nutty malt mingle with a nice subtle smokiness and notes of caramel. Aroma reminds me of a campfire.
T: Notes of earthy and nutty malt lead and gives way to a slight berry sweetness, all the while a subtle smoke weaves through and a slight floral bitterness from the hops.
F: Light body and smooth carbonation, very easy drinking, I could easily down a few of this in one sitting.
O: The smoke adds a nice deminsion to an good red ale base, one of the most enjoyable red ales I have had.

Could use more malt or hops, either will do. Seems light/thin a bit cloudy
