Description from the brewery: "an elegant dark ale that underwent mixed fermentation with saccharomyces, brettanomyces, pediococcus, and lactobacillus, aged in a used Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrel. The flavor is a blend of wild funk and slight sour acidity with hints of oak and bourbon. This special beer is complex, balanced, and ready to fly!"
