L: Pour a thick dark brown mahogany color, with a tan head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Rich toffee, caramel, and vanilla, mix with some roasted malt and a light smoke, along with some cherry, plum, dark stone fruit and some tobacco, lots of interesting smells in this aroma.
T: Dark roasted malt, some coffee and a stronger smoke taste then in the aroma, mixes with a bittersweet chocolate, some cherry, toffee, caramel, vanilla and bourbon. The alcohol, especially the bourbon is noticeable but mixes well.
F: Slick mouthfeel, quite a big body.
O: Have had this for a few years, but still a super nice imperial stout. Wild Woods continues to be one of the most underrated breweries in Boulder.
