L: Pours a drank orange brown color with a large very foamy tan white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Definitely get the saison base in this beer. Spicy smelling, pepper and coriander, notes of lemon and barnyard funk, some poppyseed and baked bread. Also, I get a small note of oregano in this beer. A lot going on here, but smells very inviting.
T: Spicy Belgian yeast, coriander and pepper, fresh baked bread, lemon, a slight sour and barnyard funk, nice tasting beer.
F: Smooth slick mouthfeel, medium body.
O; This is a very interesting and tasty Brett Beer.
