Olhão 13/7 2016. 33 cl bottle from Continente Modelo Supermarket. The blue edition of Sagres try out as Craft Brewers.
Pours hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is spicy with notes of fresh coriander, sugar and a hint of mint.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is suprisingly watery and featureless. Mostly lemonadelike sweetness without much bitterness. Almost no aftertaste.
A wheat beer without taste - that’s a new one.
