Consumed 12/03/07.
Informed by the waitress that this beer was brewed for this bar by Craftsman. Clear with no active carbonation. Thin head about a half finger thick stuck around for a while. Indistinct, vague maltiness in aroma. Grainy malt flavor up front with balanced hoppiness bringing up the rear. Aftertaste of corn appears after swallow, lingers on tongue. After beer warmed somewhat, green apple flavor crept in.
Flawed and not terribly interesting.
