the father christmas was presented to some us BA's at a pasadena crawl. it is a wassail ale. it had a nice amber color with a small head. a very nice super spicy, slightly fruity yeast aroma. little hint of hop bitter. the taste was of the spicy, fruity yeast, coriander, cloves and lilac is the flower i think. large alcohol taste even though it isn't that big of a beer./ a nice malt, sweet aftertaste. medium bodied.
