The Wee Heavy style is a strong Scottish Pale Ale with a rich and sweet malt flavor and aroma and a caramel character. Named for an old Scottish Proverb - “Time and tide for bar man bide.”

16oz. can served in a cervoise. Pours a dull mahogany with a translucent clarity and a loose, 1/8th inch, khaki-colored head that quickly disperses into a sudsy slick across the surface. Nose reveals vinous and earthy notes. Taste follows nose; however, more flavorful than suggested by the nose. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an even carbonation. Overall, a well-crafted and balanced Wee Heavy.
