Canned 2/22/2021. Poured into a willibecker. Color is a lovely copper with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, quarter inch, bright white head. Nose reveals wisps of smoked beech and toasted notes. Taste follows nose with the merest kiss of caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with a consistent carbonation. Overall, well-crafted, drinkable and approachable for the style.
