Canned 1/29/21 and served in a Spiegelau tulip. Pours one shade shy of black with a wight, 1/8th inch khaki-colored head. Nose reveals a big hit of chocolate pudding with a hint of cherry essence in the background. Taste consistent with nose, with a hint of bakers chocolate bitterness towards the middle and finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, pretty solid, but there's a little bit of an artificial quality to the flavor profile.
