22oz bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks back, shared with friends last night. Big apple and green grape flavors, bread, banana, graininess, candi sugar, honey. Light alcohol, pretty drinkable. Dark orange appearance with good retention and lace. Mouthfeel could use more spritz. Definitely an "American tripel", it doesn't seem to really go for the authentic-Belgian-super-yeasty tripel, but pretty tasty nonetheless. Good stuff.

750ml growler from Brewery: This one pours a clear, golden color. There was a small white head on it that doesn’t linger long or leave much lacing. The nose is good. Some pepper and clove. A hint of alcohol. Faint banana and caramel malts. The taste is very good. Nice malt body that is somewhat more than medium. Some pepper and clove notes. A subdued sweetness to it. A very nice tripel!

Slightly hazy dark straw or light golden color. Aromas of sweet sugary maltiness a hint of floral hops and plenty of pepper and clove esters to balance nicely. Lightly sweet flavor with a hint of honey and light sugar. Light spice with a bit of peppery yeasty bite. Medium to thick body with a light level of carbonation. Very nice tripel, I quite enjoyed it.
