From the 650 ml. bottle. Sampled on Labor Day Weekend 2014.
Hazy light golden yellow pour with a white fizzy head.
Aroma of toasted biscuit, sweetish malts, lemongrass, spice, and earth.
Medium and smooth body.
The first sip had this buttery sensation but perhaps it was the way the malts interacted with the spice because it went away with each ensuing sip. Basically a straight forward Belgian Golden but nothing that makes it stand apart from any other.

Pours a slightly hazy deep straw color with a bone white tightly bubbled head that leaves a moderate amount of stickies on the way down. Peppery grassy earthy bready with a nice floral spicy hop kick to the aroma. Light sulfur is not hugely off putting but is there enough to mention. The flavor is light and bready with hints of earth and citrus. Spicy hop flavors play well with the light peppery yeasty esters. Light to medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Incredibly quaffable light flavorful Belgian ale.
