Copenhagen 26/4 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Can in Brass Castle's usual design this time in a black and purple version.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and slimy patch of foam trying in vain to cover the surface of the beer- Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of sweet Stone fruits and jam mingling with a dry scent of Citrus fruit. Mango, biscuits and Orange Jam. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a mild sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sur streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Nice and dry APA.
