Brass Castle Pineapple Pale is a juicy and refreshing pale ale that brings tropical notes straight to the glass – perfect for those who love a fruity beer with lots of character. Brewed with Amarillo and Comet hops, it balances the sweetness of pineapple with fresh citrus notes and light hints of herbs.

With an alcohol content of 4.3% and a light golden color, this beer is both light and flavorful. It is well suited as a thirst quencher on hot days, but also works excellently as an accompaniment to light dishes, salads and grilled vegetables.

The pineapple stands out clearly without dominating, and the interaction with the hops creates a harmonious and lightly sparkling beer experience with a tropical vibe – regardless of the season.

Copenhagen 24/6 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Yellow and black can in Brass Castle's usual design with a whole lot of pineapples.

Pours clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer pod foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a distinct odor of sweet tropical fruits mingling with more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple in abundance. Peach and passion fruit blending in. Lemon and lime.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed y a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a little soapy. Bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit, Finish is semi-dry.

Almost too tropical and fruited for me.
