Copenhagen 24/5 2021. 50 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green label with a lot of text and a coat of arms with two corn ears.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a modest sweet malty odor mingling with stronger hoppy fumes of grass and citrus fruits. Sweet pale malts. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Appropriately bitter Pilsner but not without balance. A bit flat.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is bready and a tad buttery and herbal. Notes of citrus, rye and toast.
Taste is bready and a bit herbal and spicy. Soft but distinct bitterness with notes of citrus, rye and a bit of butter. Very clean and crisp, supremely drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great Czech pilsner, with amazing flavor for the low ABV.
