A bottom-fermented special with a deep golden to copper color for true connoisseurs. With a higher alcohol content of around 6%. The taste is dominated by malt density with notes of honey gingerbread. The aftertaste then reveals a subtle hop bitterness.

Copenhagen 3/4 2022. 50 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Dark red label In Únetický Pivovar's usual design.
Quite gushy upon opening. Pours unclear copper with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor with a warm toasted streak. Caramel, toffee, linoleum, brown sugar and singed toast.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a bit sugary. Lingers for a while. Finish is sticky with a boozy streak.
Quite sweet and sugary Dunkler Bock.
